River Park Lofts are in a converted 1905 warehouse building that overlooks Mears Park. The adjoining firehouse, which was built in 1921, also is part of River Park. (The brick and timber firehouse was retired in 1971).
River Park Lofts have exposed brick walls, heavy timber ceilings which reach heights of 11 to 18 feet. There is a beautiful, 8-story center atrium. The 1st & 7th floors have spiral staircases. Some lofts have balconies, patios, or skylights; other lofts are below the street level. River Park penthouses have private roof top decks.
