Contemporary one- and two-level condos completed in 2005 –from 810-2188 s.ft. All of the condos have balconies, tall ceilings & large windows. Gas grill hookups. Rooftop terrace on a few of the units.
This is the fourth of the LanderSherman buildings downtown. It is located on a site historically used for printing companies. Though Printer’s Row was originally slated to have two mirror-image buildings, the second building has not been started. The project offered two design options: a more traditional layout with defined living spaces, and the contemporary loft look with open spaces and exposed ductwork.    |
