Gallery Tower was one of the first developments downtown that was originally built as a condominium. The units are spacious (a 1BR at Gallery Tower, for example, can have the same square footage as a 2Br 2BA unit in another condo building). Three Bedroom units – (which are difficult to find downtown) – are sometimes available for sale.
