This six story building is home to 40 units, renovated in 2005 and occupying floors 2-6, with the first home to the famous Prairie Home Companion radio show. In 1984, the building was added to the National Historic Places and is located at Wabasha and Exchange.
The units have tall ceilings, and electric fireplaces. The building is near the skyway and very near 35E and I-94. It's also close to major bus routes and will soon be near the light rail line.
